Project Details 

Provided site-civil engineering services for two 5 story mixed-use buildings for over 200,000 including housing, commercial retail space, an early childhood education center, and an event space. The project included extensive green roofing and green stormwater management, and an underground parking garage. The project required permitting from the City of Philadelphia, PA DEP and others.
