Our senior staff, with over 125 years of combined experience, is engaged in every project ensuring that a level of expertise is always present. We are committed to fulfilling each client’s unique needs and expectations with a flexible, attentive and creative approach, with the goal of providing customer satisfaction and cost-effective solutions. Martin J. Eustace III, PE
President
As President of Eustace, Marty serves as Principal in Charge of the coordination for all projects. Responsibilities include coordination of the various project consultants, reviewing all aspects and phases of the design documents, and performing public presentations before local reviewing bodies. He has over 28 years of experience in Civil Engineering Management and Design, Conceptual Engineering, Construction Inspection, Construction Supervision, Construction Surveying, Construction Cost Estimating, and Construction Scheduling.
Marty is a graduate of Widener University, with post graduate work conducted at Drexel University, and is licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Delaware and Maryland. He is a member of The Carpenters’ Company, AIA Golf Committee, Appalachian Mountain Club, Development Workshop, Inc., and serves as Vice President of the Grove Summit Board of Directors.
Michael J. Urban, RLA
Director of Landscape Architecture
As Director of Landscape Architecture, Mike manages the landscape architecture aspects of projects, from conceptual design through construction documents. In the past 34 years, Mike’s background includes a diverse experience in the private and public sector, gaining a comprehensive knowledge in the design and development of healthcare, educational, commercial, resort/hospitality and parks and playgrounds projects. In addition to the design and documentation of projects, Mike has extensive construction observation experience throughout the construction phase of projects.
Mike is a 1987 graduate of Penn State University where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Landscape Architecture, and is licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Matthew Witters
Camp Hill Office Manager / Senior Project Engineer
Matt began his career with Eustace Engineering in 2003 and returned in 2011. In addition to serving as the manager of the Camp Hill operations, he also manages projects in both the Central PA, Philadelphia and surrounding regions ranging from small subdivisions to park upgrades and large residential, industrial and commercial developments.
For over 20 years, Matt has provided comprehensive design and permitting services to a wide range of private, public and non-profit clients. He has extensive experience with local, state, and federal water resource regulations and construction activity permits in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Matt studied Landscape Architecture at Temple University where he graduated in 2003.
Edward Gleason, PE
Director of Engineering
As Director of Engineering, Ed oversees engineering projects out of the Willow Grove office, working with the engineering staff on project conception, design and approvals. He has over 17 years of experience with particular emphasis on affordable housing development projects in the City of Philadelphia, and has appeared before municipal boards across the region.
His extensive experience in the design and permitting of development projects allows him to efficiently and effectively manage projects to suit clients’ needs, all while guiding the engineering staff in their project design and career development. Ed is a graduate of Lehigh University (BSCE 2007), and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Florida, Louisiana, and Texas.
G. Windsor Tracy Jr., PLS
Director of Surveying
With over 39 years of survey experience, Windsor brings extensive expertise from a range of firms to his role as Director of Surveying. He has consistently embraced advancing technology to deliver highly accurate surveys and is skilled in total stations, robotics, GPS, and scanning. He oversees field crews, prepares plans, performs boundary calculations, and manages subdivisions, ALTA surveys, legal descriptions, and overall survey supervision.
Windsor has completed boundary and topographic surveys throughout Philadelphia for vacant properties, residential lots, parks, and commercial sites. His work also includes GSI stakeouts, utility surveys, as-builts, ALTA Land Title Surveys, and 3D laser scanning. Representative clients include Impact Loan Fund, Philadelphia Parks and Recreation, and the Philadelphia Water Department.
Darrell S. Campana, PLA
Landscape Architecture Creative Director / Marketing Coordinator
With over 20 years in landscape architecture, Darrell focuses on adaptive reuse and cultural-ecological design. He has led award-winning projects such as Fonthill Castle (PA), 11th Street Bridge Park (DC), and the National Geographic Society Headquarters. His work spans urban parks to natural environments, emphasizing human-ecological interaction.
Darrell has taught at Temple University, the University of Pennsylvania, and Jefferson University. His skills in civil engineering, permitting, and project management enhance his design leadership. He holds a B.S. in Landscape Architecture from Penn State (2002) and is licensed in Pennsylvania and South Carolina.
