Provided site surveying and design to compliment the conversion of an existing vacant former industrial site into a new restaurant and entertainment facility containing a brewery and comedy club. The project was the latest in a number of revitalization efforts in Philadelphia’s Fishtown neighborhood that included numerous other residential, commercial and entertainment projects. Site design included limiting disturbance of the existing site features in order to retain the industrial feel of the area. The project involved coordination with various departments in the City of Philadelphia including PWD, Streets, Planning Commission, and L&I among others.
