Project Details

Provided full site-civil engineering and surveying services related to the construction of a new (1) story Hospice Addition that was to be attached to an existing hospital facility via a glass-enclosed corridor. The new 21,000 sq. ft. building was designed in accordance the VHS’s Space Planning and Community Living Center Criteria. Services included coordination with the owner and project team from Schematic Design to the Development Construction Documents and Specification. The project included a small parking lot with entrance drive, site utilities, an underground stormwater infiltration basin, lighting, and landscaping.
