Project Details

Eustace Engineering designed this 2.5-mile long 8-foot wide trail network system linking surrounding residential communities directly to the Community Park. The project involved the design of site elements such as a bridge, seat-walls, resting areas at vista points, and landscaping. In addition, the project required flood studies, pavement designs, traffic signal modifications plans, shop drawing reviews, construction observations, construction meetings, processing of contractor’s request for payment, and preparation of punch list. It also required continuous coordination between various governmental agencies such as FHA, FEMA, DEP, PHMC, and DVRPC, as well as the local residents.
