Eustace Engineering frequently manages all processes related to work performed by contractors. Our company will conduct the entire bid process beginning with the itemized takeoff and including preparation of bid documents, soliciting and analyzing bids, to the award of the contract, and the preparation of the contract documents. Eustace Engineering will also act as a liaison between the contractor and owner while coordinating engineering, surveying, inspecting and other aspects of the development process.

In addition, our company performs all aspects of Cost Engineering including estimating, cost control, project planning and scheduling.
