Master planning is a creative analysis and conceptual design to meet a client’s program while being sensitive to the environment. Master planning includes analysis of local, county and state regulations, existing infrastructure including public utilities and roads, existing terrain, existing geology and other natural constraints. Master planning may also include a cost analysis. During the planning stage, Eustace Engineering uses its extensive experience in a wide range of genres to produce an economical and environmentally balanced program.
