Since it’s inception in 1978, Eustace Engineering has participated in a wide variety of projects providing land planning and site engineering services to industrial, commercial, and residential developers, municipalities and other professional firms.

We offer a wide breadth of engineering capabilities, as well as flexibility, attentiveness and creativity. Through education and expansion we have widened our areas of expertise to include Master Planning, Acquisition/Feasibility Studies, Land/Site Development, Project/Construction Coordination, Value Engineering, Forensic Engineering, Expert Witness, Landscape Design, Stormwater Management and Floodplain Study.

We also offer a fully equipped and ready to mobilize survey division. Our experienced survey staff is prepared to fulfill any and all topographic information gathering needs, as well as perform boundary surveys and construction stakeout.

Eustace Engineering's headquarters is located just outside of Philadelphia in Willow Grove, PA. We have satellite offices located in Mechanicsburg, PA, Wellsboro, PA, and Bozman, MD.
